Agreed, we're in the education game again. Those of us who are direct (or
relationship) marketing won't have as much of a problem, but we all need new
customers. How do we address that ? I've said it before, but will repeat:
We need to stand together on this. The education will go much easier if we
are all educating with the same phrase.
