Regards to the list:
OK, let me run this by you and please let me know if you think it will work:
Since it was 60F here in north MIssouri yesterday, I worked outside as much as I could. Our hoop house still has no back on it so can't use it yet, so I tilled up some ground the size of a chicken tractor. The chicken tractor nearby is made of a bent cattle panel covered with chicken wire. I plan to sow spinach, lettuce etc where I tilled, cover the chicken tractor with plastic and set it over the planting.
How should I do the ends? Do I leave an open spot on the ends for ventilation? Or cover the ends with boards so they can be removed when it is warm? I was going to do the cattle panel arches, but didn't have anything to cover the ends. Should I staple the plastic to long boards (thought I would use old woodwork trim pieces) and roll up the sides when it's warm?
We have been using the term "natural" instead of organic in our brochure. I am not comfortable with "authentic." Still trying to decide whether or not to certify.
