How do you like onion soup? Because of the cold weather on the increasing
size onion there is a tendencey to bolt. Unfortunately because of all the
rain and cloudy weather the onions are really to mild to give the soup much
flavour. Pull them quick befor the flower stalk gets to big and sell them
for bunch onions or just pull them up and reduce the competition for the
remaining onions.
Just got back from the Texas Hill Country Wine & Food Festival. All farmers
markets should be such fun!
