It is not approved by OCIA. Most commercial mixes contain a wetting agent
that automatically excludes it from acceptance. I have noticed that
commercial mixes don't list every ingredient in it. If you want to know
what's included, you almost always have to call the manufacturer. Sometimes
they will tell you, if they refuse, then you can bet it won't be approved for
use on an organic farm.
Most CO greenhouses mix their own soilless mixes because it is the only way
to be sure of what went into it.
