Pelleted seeds usually don't present germ problems but it is important to
make sure the pellets are fully moistened so that the material weakens and
the seed can break through. Also, providing heat below the trays, pots,
containers can really accelerate germination. Soil temps around 65-70
degrees F will really shorten germination time.
