Do these prices include processing, cutting & wrapping, bagging, etc...?

We sell our beef as follows;
mixed quarters.......$2.20 a lb. hanging weight
halves....................$2.10 a lb. hanging weight
wholes...................$2.00 a lb. hanging weightWe were selling our chickens for 6.00 (approx 1.34 a lb.) a bird but
this next year we will be selling it by the pound. I know we could get
more for our chickens and we will be adjusting that this next year. As
far as what we will sell it for I am not sure. We sell all of our
things straight off our farm. We have some very good farmers markets in
our area but I haven't wanted to get into that just yet-small kids etc.
We do sell out every year.
