This is the total price for the customer. We build in the processing
fees. Our meat is done at a USDA inspected facility and it comes vacuum
wrapped. The meat stays very well this way. We also sell by the piece
and the prices are higher that way. For the summer we usually have
ground beef and nitrate free hot dogs to sell. I sell the ground beef
for 2.50 a lb. and the hotdogs for 1.75 a 1/2 lb. pkg. The hot dogs are
expensive to process- we may not do that any more although the people
liked it.

We sell our beef as follows;
mixed quarters.......$2.20 a lb. hanging weight
halves....................$2.10 a lb. hanging weight
wholes...................$2.00 a lb. hanging weight
