Though I haven't tried it on strawberries, I've made raisins in my
greenhouse by laying seedless grapes in a box in a shallow layer and
covering them with paper. Then I close up all the ventilation. On sunny days
it will get up to 140 degrees. In three days they'll be raisins. And they're
the best I've ever had. Strawberrys should dry down too but if they have any
grey mold they'll just explode in fungus. That will be the tricky part.
