Marie,

I think your reasons for choosing Tulle are the same in choosing a good row
cover (except for the rainbow colors, something about a rainbow colored
field tickles me.), it needs to be light weight to minimize the potential
heat increase, and have a good light transmission - 85% or better.

As for the 'see through' aspect you want, sorry. [Perhaps you could put up
a few of those lawn ornaments to act as camouflage :-) ]
