Dear Ava,

I've no experience with copper tubes, though I've used copper and brass
divining rods. There are certain rules, as for instance in Ohio when there
is a drought there commonly is more than 50% moisture in the atmosphere
even without cloud formation. It is not so hard to get a thundershower as
in Arizona when there is less than 20% moisture in the atmosphere.

Clear intent and ASKING, in harmony with the divine will, for ALL the
powers of nature to converge can accomplish a lot. Having a focus of this
intent, likewise is very helpful, as with the folks at Makaibari working
with Sanskrit Mantra. In the case of mantra it helps that sound is related
to the water element, and as with the Indian rituals sound again played a
big part. Nature spirits, elementals and the powers of nature in general
usually will bend over backward to work with us--BUT WE HAVE TO ASK, and we
have to be clear what we are asking as we surely will get what we ask for.

When using radionics it can be a big help to take a picture of a
thundershower, keep a sample of rainwater and make a tape recording to us
as reagents. The tape recording can be played, and can even be played in
the radionic instrument's well via a headset or earplug.
Note that Reich's cloudbuster had flexible pipes trailing in running water
with the water gurgling past and a resonating chamber that caught this
sound and set up a sympathetic vibration.

You might see what some of these ideas suggest to you and you can probably
come up with something more effective than just laying out copper pipes
filled with water.

Best,
Hugh
