Lawerence,
The Rose Dusting powders that I have seen contain Copper Sulfate as the
fungicide. In this case you would NOT want to put this on as a Sulfur
source to lower pH because of Copper being a heavy metal which could come
back to haunt you as a toxcity problem down the road!
