Zyflamend constituent herbs seem all good to me Paul and I suspect we already eat about half of them here on a regular basis since we grow them ourselves. I can even think of a few other herbs and spices that would be at least as good for stopping inflamation and pain. Calendulla and cayenne spring to mind.

The problem with most MD's is that they are really quite dumb. I know because I used to teach a small biochemistry course to them in another life.
In nature almost all sugars come in the D form only. Amino acids are always in the L form. This is because these molecules are made by enzymes that are extremely stereo specific. Man made chemical molecules come as a mixture of D and L and often these are far from healthy when ingested. Take the wrong form of a vitamin long enough and you may find out to your cost that it is really a mortamin.
Really complex molecules like pharmaceutical drugs often have several points of asymetry which means that your drug is really a mixture of several forms, all "chemically" identical but quite different stereo chemically, meaning that parts of the molecule have a different tri- dimentional form. No natural system can deal with this and that includes your body. That is the reason that DDT is still there everywhere that it was sprayed 40 years ago in almost the original concentrations.
Everybody these days has heard of "trans" fats and how unhealthy they are. That is just one example of part of a molecule "snapping" the wrong way under influence of heating.

Try and talk to an average MD about stereo isomeres and I suspect you would get the same look that a 19th century doctor would have given you if you had questioned him about blood letting or not sterilizing his surgical instuments.

Good. I've got my own stories about drug pushers with their mindless prescriptions. I did allow preventive treatments with limited side effects this year instead of invasive treatments, but that's it. BTW I recomend Zyflamend as needed which is strictly herbal based, google it.

To me it is very much to the point Paul. But I would go a step further
and
try and avoid any doctor prescribed medication at all times. Doctors and
their medication is the first cause of death after all. And there are very
good and organic alternatives for most complaints, the worst problem being
that it will take lots of time to find on the net what you need to do.

Off topic?

Doctors don't ask what else you're taking, or eating. It's up to you
alone.
