Hello Chicken Feeders,

I use sprouted grains to feed not only the chooks, but my wife and I too. A
very good technique is outlined on Harvey's page
http://www.themodernhomestead.us/article/Sprouting.html
We just have that on a kitchen scale for our needs.

We have not tried soy yet, but I am confident that the reported digestive
problems from raw "soybeans" disappear from "fresh soy sprouts."

As Paul says, As long as we value healthy food and cooking so much less than
doctors and hospitals, we will keep paying more and more for doctors and
hospitals.

The solution to a cheap and nutritious diet is sprouting - protein, enzymes,
fiber and carbs all provided at pennies per serving - in the comfort of your
kitchen cupboard!

Saludos,
Zack Domike
