Hey Barbara,
Thanks so much, I have this book, packed away in some box? and I will get
after trying to get m y bookshelves in and unpack this stuff. It is a
wonderful book. I don't have the other two volumes in the set. Is there a
separate one that has the pictures or am I confused;).
