Oh Lord, more places to buy seed from! Thank you. I'm off to read some more, but at first glance, it looks as though these are things that are already in use for hay. Perennial rye is used locally for erosion control, and I think that what one of the sites calls "wheatgrass" is what the local farmers call "orchard grass."
