That's a great idea Gloria but my husband is firmly opposed to having a dog
on the place. Last year many of the local craftsmen who built our new home
brought their dogs with them.

Previously, when we were living in the log cabin we had several deer who
visited every day. During and after the house construction the deer stayed
away. He loves watching the deer so has put the kibosh on having a dog.

Finally after many months a couple of deer visited yesterday morning. Can't
begin to tell you how excited and happy he was.
