There might be all those benefits from yoghurt etc but the lactic acid is a byproduct of the ‘beneficial’ bacteria’s metabolism i.e. waste product, not their food source. As the populations peak the lactic acid production becomes a self limiting factor controlling population. Do you think CO2 might be ours? David
Or, drink raw milk kefir. Both kills "germs" AND makes well -
which can't really be said about Clorox. : |
