The Brewery is usually open to these sorts of things. Although just showing up and taking over the bar isn't out of the question. Thursdays at the Brewery they usually have plenty of space. Warning them a group is on the way is usually a good idea, though. Both the seasonal Circle City Wheat and Oatmeal Porter are on tap this month - both of which are quite tasty.

You know, I'm sure there is a "regular" art gallery opening night in Pittsboro. I know most are open First Sundays, as is the Brewery.

Wednesday have never been an Inw gathering day anyway. It's always

been one in several years now. :-(

Anyone want to come to Pittsboro and check out the new Carolina
Brewery? The Altbeir is amazing and they have plenty of room (I think
we could get the whole upstairs if we ask nicely).

Tarus,

This is a good idea! Can you check with them on availability? If not
for August, then perhaps September?

Does everyone want to shoot for a first Thursday thing? Or would it
be better to change the date to coincide with something like art
gallery opening night in Pittsboro, as well? I'm good with either.
