The first thing I thought when I read this thread was "why
shouldn't TWC treat churches as businesses?". It seems obvious
to me that they are businesses though perhaps not-for-profits.
I guess it is a slippery slope for TWC when there are so many
non-profits and not-for-profits that would start wanting subsidized
service.
That reminds me: The "Church of Roger" needs cheap service too!

Actually, my question is why should they charge more just because
it's a business? Bandwidth is bandwidth and the bandwidth doesn't
distinguish between being a residence or being a business. TWC is
charging more for businesses just because they can, but that
doesn't make it right.
