This whole conversation reminds me of the times as a child we made dandelion
wine. We made it and it was not until many years later, I understood why.

My brothers would go down stairs and sip on a 5 gallon container of wine.
They were quite young. Their preference was room temperature and drinking
while hiding under the table in a 1 ounce cup.

I only ever had less than an ounce of it however it was very good.

Anybody else ever make or taste dandelion wine ?

Regards;

Dave

Hey, anybody know of an IT jobs in the area ? I do Microsoft, Linux, San and
software testing. 15+ years experience and certified for all the above
except Linux. I am in NC but was in Texas on a contract for Dell where we
were tasked with making a SAN totally from scratch. We know Dell has a
really major layoff that included "yours truly".
