About Sarah "Intellagirl" Robbins:
She is a PhD candidate in Rhetoric and Composition at Ball State University. Her research includes studies of pedagogy in virtual environments (specifically Second Life) and visual and digital rhetoric. She has published findings from her Second Life research in the Elearning Guild 360 Report on Immersive Learning and in an anthology on writing and games to be published later this fall. Her Second Life class has been featured in The New York Times, USAToday and The Chronicle of Higher Education.
