Current TWC/RoadRunner speeds in Saxapahaw, NC: 2255 kbps UP & 358 kbps DOWN

Last Spring (when the connection was installed), it was approaching 4Mbps DOWN and over 1Mbps UP. Looks like they are throttling us back to the "Stone Age."

Is anyone else using RoadRunner's Business Class service around
here? If so, what type of performance are you getting? I'm
measuring 2.4Mbps down and 244kbps up, but the latency has been
killing our VOIP lately...

Mine off of Ridge Road in Raleigh is 4.92mbps and 0.354mbps at
04:40am. The thing that we find is that it is highly variable.
Some TWC guys in bucket trucks came by unexpectedly last Friday,
but I have no idea what they did on the pole. We are not using the
business class connection, but the normal connection.
The VPN to work operates okay, but some network intensive stuff
can get painful during work days.
Good luck, Roger
