If I would have had any say at all in the Senate (which I don't of course) I would have kicked Joe "It's all about me" Lieberman to the curb yet the dems allowed him to keep his senality even though he belongs to the biggest joke of a party since whatever Jessie "the mind" Ventura created to capture that governorship somewhere up North.  A$$hole.  And this isn't the first time he has put his political well-being above that of his party.  Not by a long shot and it won't be the last.

Defeat Lieberman.  Again.  Please.

Bernie Sanders, nominally a Socialist, was elected to the Senate from
Vermont.  He's been a member of the House for years and has always
caucused with Democrats for leadership votes.

Joseph Lieberman has been nominally a Democrat and even received the
Democratic Party nomination for Vice President in 2004.  He only became
an "independent" this year when the filthy turncoat betrayed his party
after losing the Senate nomination to Ned Lamont and ran on his own.
This was a good political calculation on his part because he did succeed
in getting re-elected to the Senate on the strength of his personal base
in the state.  Lieberman has promised to caucus with the Democrats as
well.

These two independents will give the Democrats control of the Senate.
