Bill,
Durham will pick up bags of shredded mixed paper with regular recycling,
so long as it doesn't include hard plastic/metal (i.e. dont shred the
old charge cards with the paper). They also pick up mixed paper now,
too, without it being shredded.
I'm trying to recall where I saw a sign asking for packing peanuts....
maybe One World Market??
