I don't have a Treo but I've been happy with my Sony Ericsson HBH-600
Akono headset & my 12" Powerbook. When I've seen other people around the
airport talking to invisible people they seem to have have chosen one of
two designs with their purchase. One is the
lisa-the-operator-from-time-life-books boom design approach from Jabra.
The other is the a-small-space-ship-has-landed-on-the-side-of-my-head
approach of the Motorola HS820. One other reason I like my Akono is that
when I'm done talking to invisible people, I can take the headset off and
slide into a belt holster that came with the unit.
