My favorites are Wasabi, Shiki Sushi and Akai Hana, in that order. None of them are super-cheap (though the lowest bill by far was at Shiki Sushi), and all of them have good service and fantastic food. I've gone to Wasabi as part of a big group (15+) several times and they've always had fantastic service.

Penang isn't worth a visit. The food was only OK, the service was terrible and we paid too much for what we got. I don't intend to go back there anytime soon. I'd rather go across the street to Elaine's, pay twice as much and get five times the quality for more interesting food.
