Agreed. I have a Lexar keychain drive with 256 MB, with one great feature: It's partitioned into "public" and "private" spaces, with pretty strong password protection on the private side. It's handy for carrying sensitive data (Quickbooks backups, or sensitive client data) without undue anxiety.
