Not sure what you mean by this - can you expand on what is bad about
"command-line-thinking"?

I see CLIs as an extremely powerful sort of tool that allow for
extremely efficient sorts of thinking and action, and GUIs as a
compromise for those people who don't naturally think that way or who
resist learning how to think that way, so you may wish to tone down the
"CLIs are the mark of the beast" talk in your answer if you really care
to reach me. ;)
