and this is what is wrong with America today.

they pass a law, it has loose language like "safe and prudent," and then they go and shaft the American public with their helter skelter enforcement of said law.

you can't even follow THE LAWS and stay within the law anymore...

and the only reason HWY and Interstate speed limits stay so low is because of all the people who would rather do something else while they are driving (instead of actually paying attention to their driving). i.e. make-up, cell phone, oral sex, whatever.

so don't give me any crap about "Slow down." hell, at least i'm paying attention.
