i drove my porsche 930 (aka 911 turbo) out to montana to floor board it
legally. it did 152 mph. the highway patrolman that i passed did not
like it at all. even though i slowed down to 120 to pass, he did not
think it was safe and prudent. i saw his lights in the rear view mirror
and figured i could not outrun a radio. $600 later, the problem went
away. montana has since then posted a speed limit.

well, the best way /really/ is evasion.
if you have the machine (i'm thinking 911 Turbo or a 900cc+
motorcycle)
and some pretty awesome driving skills, this is the best way.
do a flat 150+ MPH to the next exit or turn, then fly like the
wind.
sometimes you have to use schoolchildren as "shields," but that
is a
complex topic better left to in-person discussions.
cheers!
