What guvmint agency is responsible for passports? I can't remember. It must not be the old INS (now Homeland Security), as their backlog is amazing. It took them almost a year to renew Craig's green card (which they had extended for a year). Luckily, he only has to go through the process once every ten years, so maybe by then they will have figured out their a**es from their elbows.
