The Wake County Library System has a website at
{http://www.wakegov.com/county/libraries/default.htm}. You can search
for a book, and have them send it to the branch of your choice. They'll
even call you when it's available.
(I hope you've picked up Gaiman's _Coraline_; stock is primarily in the
children's section.)
