Hey Dan,
Do you remember if this guy was the owner of
"LightSpeed.Net"? I think he was in Pompano Beach
, Florida...
If so, I had quite a run-in with him when I was
the Hostmaster/Postmaster at NCDOT...

I caught him red-handed trying to relay email off
of one of my SMTP servers and when I sent him the
standard "cease and desist, you are attempting to
misuse government owned computer systems" spiel
he threatened to slap me with a lawsuit and made
a harassing phone call to the NCDOT
administrators office...

What an a**hole...
