There are a few reasons behind this proposal:
1. Limiting a one action per minute will make the spamward virtualy
undetectable by over-zelous ISPs.
2. This also makes possible to be used by people conencted only through
dial-up connections
3. The in/out traffic that you generate is minimum, so ISPs, you modem
throughput, your corporate network... will be mostly unaware of spamward
activities
4. The idea is to use the multiply effect of millions of boxes acting at the
same time (GMT time), so duiring one hour, everyone and their mothers will be
hittin' hard a spammer. Well, maximum of 60 actions fom your box, almost nil,
but many many hits to the spammer.
5. If spamward would be acting many times a minute, it would be easily
identifiable, by IPSs and spammers. And maybe this can cause someone
presenting charges against you (US of Lawyers). But, then, pinging someone,
once a minute? This causes no harm at all! Is inverse spamming, you see
*evil grin*. And their activities are the same thing. How, then, can complain
for getting the same ..."service" that they are providing?
Salut,
Josep
