You're not cracking up - if you diable cookies you'll see it every time you
load
the page. It's done using layers and some pretty funky JavaScript. Here's the

It's done by a Company called UnitedVirtualities (oy), and they call it a
Shoshkele(tm). It seems to be a new way to annoy users with ads as far as I
can
tell. I predict the half-life of this will be about the same as MSIE
transition
pages, or little bumblebees that follow your cursur around. They have an
annoying
frames-based site at: http://www.unitedvirtualities.com/
