Hi From California where I have had power every day.
I have been told that this is the way to disable the new and upcoming SmartTags from MS
Put this along with the other MetaTags in the <head> statement
<meta name="MSSmartTagsPreventParsing" content="TRUE">
Microsoft forcing us to opt-out, not opt-in
