We do hit the Fresh Market (Cameron Village) and it has very nice fresh
fish, etc. We have been experimenting with some of their chocolate
desserts (for research purposes only). Wellspring does not seem to have
these treats.
We've had the stuffed salmon at FM also which was very tasty also did
both types of crab cakes they had that day, very tasty. One difference
between FM and Wellspring is that Wellspring has those cases of pre-made
salads and stuff that seems to be more varied than FM. We haven't
croaked yet from any diseases so it must be good.
Of course all this is being typed from a guy who mostly buys generic
stuff from FoodLion. Roger, in RTP, a cross of Bubba and Bobo (a reg'ler
gormette who buys wine in boxes)
