FWIW:

I was a guest presenter for a distance learning class at the School of
Journalism & Mass Communication at UNC dealing with using the Internet for
PR. The class I was teaching was at the University of Mexico in Monterrey
(pretty sure I might've spelled that incorrectly) and they had mucho
questions re: international access and making websites global.

(Not all of them questions that I had perfect answers for, either... good
fodder for discussion.)
