Hello Don,
Good to see your name in my email box.
We have one oil filled space heater in our master bedroom. Had done without
heat in our bedroom for 4 years and last year I put my foot down. It was a
long, cold winter.
It puts out an even, very warm feeling heat but takes a little while to heat
up, as you'd imagine. It has a timer which we like. In the winter months, I
have it set to come on at 5 pm and off at 11 pm, back on for a small stretch
between 4-7 am. It looks very much like the old radiator that was in an
apartment in Chicago two decades ago. It has wheels on it, so you can move
it around easily enough. It's not heavy. It doesn't seem to jack up the
electric bill an appreciative amount, though it does all add up.
Good luck and good to hear from you. Take care.
Lisa
