Funny? LOL, more than that, I think it is quite sad. There are people on
both sides who have absolutely no idea what they are protesting or even if
they are protesting the thing that is the actual cause of the problem they
are protesting.

I KNOW...it's just a small lunatic fringe and every group has them, but it
IS funny. And it certainly showed a big range of things people were
protesting.

Ah the lunatic fringe...like those that thought that Barack Obama was
the Messiah and that he would bring peace into the world...lol..
You know that line in My Cousin Vinny, Marisa Tomei to Joe Pesci, "Oh
you smoothtalker you!" That applies to a lot of politicians of late,
from Obama's jackass comment, to Wilson's 'you lie' comment, to Carter's
'they're racist' comments...smoothtalkers one and all...
Will we ever get beyond all of this? Is ignorance really bliss?..things
were surely much less stressful before I started following politics.
Then again, ignorance generally follows the lunatic fringe, doesn't it?
Thanks for the synopsis.

Sleep well tonight, for somewhere in the ocean's depths, MY son is
protecting your freedom on the USS Key West, currently deployed
somewhere in the Pacific and/or Indian Ocean. Go Navy!
