You are not a child ; and it is not the place of the government or a voting
bloc or interest group to 'discipline' you. If my city desires public
transportation then the people of my city should pay for that transport not
'you' living in rural Georgia. What right do I or my representatives have to
'discipline' (or penalize) you. None.
