I know you were being funny (below) , but I thought kind of the same thing.
Either ship the stuff to the barren desert (okay it 'would' disrupt the
desert eco-system); Or; maybe some asrea of poor soil quality nearer to
maryland, and wait for 'time' to cure the 'additives' problem, while
providing 'future' soil enhancement. Once again, the fuel and money for
transaportation...................bobford
