I also did not read that into what Bev said. Castro initially had huge
support from people looking for a
better life. They were not unintelligent, just had misplaced hope and
allegiance brought on by their want
of a better system. The Nazi's were the same as was Stalin. I took what she
wrote as an indictment on the
people who had sold them a dream they will have a hard time living up to.

I seriously doubt that anyone (much) walked off the job permanently on Wed.
morning expecting never to have to work again, I'm not sure that was what
Bev
was saying. I took it more as a celebration of what they expected to come.
And even that does not necessarily imply an expectation to never work again.
Obama has promised an army of Green Collar jobs which must surely suggest a
better deal than checking out at WalMart.
