Like Bev said, BT. The other thing that can be good is Neem oil. A
little goes a really long way, so it's not as expensive as it seems if
you save it from year to year. It helps keep the little buggers from
breeding successfully also. But I'd try BT first. If you find him,
just pick him off, that's the easiest way.
