I'm like your friends in Utah , with a few shelves of store bought stuff. I
am going to Mesa, soon though. I've already talked to that guy, once. I'm a
little confused, though.

I thought you just bought bigs cans of stuff from them. You actually have to
'can' some of the items yourself, other than basics you can order that are
already canned. Once I do this, later on this year, I'll report back to how
easy or not easy................bobford
