Like Marie said, in general they are good improvisors. I have an old
cast iron bathtub that we were going to try to scald in, but they just
splashed hot water with lime in it on the spot they were working on.
My dad used to do that with a burlap sack covering the spot, works ok.
I'm going to try to dunk the other hog in the hot water.
