I never really thought about it, but I'd have to wonder about a company that would go under if they paid their workers enough to live on.
One of the Walton family has 8 homes and one cost over $8 million to build. They exploit people who can barely afford substandard rent so they can life a life driven by greed.
I forgot to add that another family maintains a home here in Rancho Santa Fe, one of the most expensive communities in the us. The home is the site of an organic farm that is used to produce food for a special diet needed by one of the daughters. Shameful in light that the money comes from exploiting low wage earners with no health care.
