Clint -
Please visit www.ozarkland.com, if you haven't already (contact:
Neil AT Ozarkland.com). A great site - properties in the area you're interested
in.
Small down / monthly payments. Lots of properties w/without utilities, many
with
streams, wooded, etc. There are some restrictions on some of them, though,
like
only wood or stone dwellings will be permitted, min. square footage, no
mobiles,
etc. In any case, I think you'll enjoy a 'tour'. Neil Shelton is a fairly
entertaining writer, too - I've been getting his e-newsletter for years (he
wants
to be Gene G. when he grows up).
