I built a large raised bed for three blueberry bushes and now find that I have plenty of empty ground between the shrubs. I used a couple bales of peat moss and lots of aluminum sulfate to lower the bed's pH to 5.5. Are there annuals or small perennials that will grow in such acid soil, in full sun and in USDA Zone 5a?
Any suggestions?
