What a great question!
When I ran a CSA where people came ONLY to pick up vegetables at a barn by
the road, we carried $100,000 liability insurance. The minute we let
people in to do some you-pick, we increased it to a million bucks.
Fortunately, we never had to use it, but it was nice to know it was there.
